Excellent experience with Dr. Siddharth Sheth I visited Dr. Siddharth Sheth for corrective eye surgery consultation, and the experience was outstanding. He guided me very clearly on what was right for my age and condition, and explained all options in a simple, honest, and reassuring way. He is extremely approachable and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. The entire hospital experience was also excellent—very well organised, efficient, and professional. All tests and procedures were handled smoothly, and the staff were supportive throughout. Highly recommend Dr. Siddharth Sheth for anyone considering corrective eye surgery.

Worst experience with Isha Netralaya. They are playing with you extremely important part of your body which is eye. I came here for Femto lasik surgery for cataract while counselor Sujata was assigned to me. I told her one eye is operated with Pheco new I want to opt for femto laser surgery she didn't say that its not done here and available at thane center she just went ahead and kept on saying its laser avoiding the actual surgery name while it was not a MICS surgery. Also I opted for insurance they didn't tell me initially that they have capping of 35k after a day I was told this that 7k to be paid and I paid it on a staff personal account I have to pay on my own with overall 42k package (35k +7k) I spoke to my insurance partner they said we can cover upto 50k but Isha netralaya said no. They don't understand that its a precious body part and not selling vegetables. On 12 November I came for follow up Sujata was on leave another counseling barged into me asking for feedback that I gave. She went aggressive drilling what happened and started covering up I told damage is done and you are aware of it. She said I want to know more as she is head of counseling but she was not only here to cover and she told femto laser happens in Thane. When i started opening up she said I am not aware of this as it was a different counselor so I said why are you talking to me if you dont know and I came out. 1 Your irresponsible behavior led to doing a surgery which I did not ask for. 2 Your irresponsible behavior led to change the best doctor in Ghatkopar and do surgery here. 3 Your irresponsible behavior led to me paying 300rs for counseling charged for wrong counseling. 4 Post surgery I got drops and 2 tablets for 2000 rs but they other eye surgery which I did just gave me 1 drop which was also free of cost inclusive in the surgery cost. 5 This is a irreparable damage which cannot be recovered. I am not here to listen any apologies from Isha Netralaya and to be very clear I should not see that in my review comments at all. Rest cleanliness is excellent. Doctors are great.
