If you want to stay alive, don’t even think of coming to this hospital. They misdiagnosed a simple stomach infection as dengue and jaundice, gave completely wrong reports, and caused unnecessary panic and trauma. Their doctors have no sense of responsibility, no professionalism, and no accountability. The entire system here is careless and dangerous—patients are treated like experiments rather than human beings. Walking into this place is like gambling with your life, and the only thing they are experts at is misdiagnosis and creating fear. This is not healthcare, it’s a complete disaster.

I got sick (dry cough, fever and vomit) the doctor gave me a prescription and said I should get admitted I said to him I was not well for 3 days why should I get admitted but he constantly pressured me and even wrote in my report "not getting admitted". After 3-4 days I didn't find any result so I went to see a pulmonologist at Hiranandani hospital the doctor there told me that the prescription that had been prescribed is for a 5 year old child. The doctor gave wrong prescription. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

I am Mr.Praful Gangrude Son Of Mr.Bhaskar Gangrude writing this reviews to formally lodge a complaint regarding the negligent treatment and improper documentation in the management of my patient, Mr. Bhaskar Gangrude, who was admitted to your hospital on 03/10/2025 at 8:11 PM with complaints of fever, headache, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and generalized weakness. The provisional diagnosis mentioned was AFI (Acute Febrile Illness) with mild to moderate ascites. I wish to highlight the following serious issues: ⸻ 1. Unjustified Administration of Inj. Falcigo (Artesunate) • On 03/10/2025, my patient was administered Inj. Falcigo 120 mg stat, followed by BD doses on 04/10/2025 and a final dose on 05/10/2025. • However, my patient was not malaria positive at any stage. The malaria test conducted on 04/10/2025 was clearly negative, yet the drug continued till 05/10/2025. • My patient is a known Hepatitis B positive case with chronic liver disease, and despite this, no verification or cross-checking was done before initiating such a strong antimalarial drug. • At the time of discharge, RMO Dr.Brijesh stated that Falcigo was given because platelets were low. This justification is medically incorrect, as Falcigo (Artesunate) has no role in improving platelet count. • My family physician has confirmed that this explanation is completely baseless and indicates inappropriate medical practice. ⸻ 2. False Urine Test Report • The patient was fully conscious, alert, and mobile during admission. • He clearly stated that he did not give any urine sample for testing. • Despite this, a urine routine report was included in the discharge summary. • When questioned, the staff responded that “the patient might have forgotten or is lying,” which is highly unprofessional and raises serious doubts about the reliability of all other reports and investigations carried out during hospitalization. ⸻ 3. Undocumented Verbal Order for Inj. Falcigo • On further inquiry, Dr.Brijesh mentioned that Inj. Falcigo was given on a verbal order. • However, in the entire hospital file, no written order or signature by the concerned doctor is documented. • As per standard medical protocol and NABH guidelines, any verbal order must be written and signed within 24 hours by the prescribing doctor, which was not done in this case. • This is a clear violation of hospital documentation policy and patient safety standards. ⸻ 4. Emotional and Financial Distress Due to the above negligence and mismanagement, the patient and family experienced immense stress, mistrust, and financial loss. As a result, I was forced to take LAMA (Leave Against Medical Advice) and shift the patient elsewhere for further management. ⸻ Request for Immediate Action I request the hospital administration to: 1. Conduct an internal inquiry into this incident. 2. Take disciplinary action against the responsible medical staff. 3. Provide a written explanation for the administration of Inj. Falcigo despite negative malaria results. 4. Clarify how a verbal order was acted upon without written documentation as required by law. 5. Explain the false urine report and ensure such malpractice does not occur again. Worst hospital ever
