We visited for my father’s cataract surgery, and the overall experience for both the patient and the bystander was truly excellent. The staff were extremely helpful at every step — from the security team at the entrance to the doctors and medical staff inside. What stood out most was their genuine patient-first approach. You can clearly feel the difference compared to many other hospitals. The entire facility is neat, clean, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable environment throughout the visit. Parking is available, though it may get full during peak hours. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience — highly recommended for eye care.

I am Intaj Hussain, came from FIJI, and absolutely wonderdul experience we got from Chaithanya and I am truly grateful with the entire international team for care, support and confidence they gave me. Today is my last visit here and special thanks for Dr. Rahul and Dr. Dhanya who did my surgery with whole support. Hospital is very clean, well organized and managed with an international team providing all support throughout our treatment. Thanks for the admin Mr. Jerin who arranged all facilities including our stay, travel....and thanks for Seena and Mini for their special care. Our family will definitely visit chaithanya in future. My mother was a Glaucoma patient. We were moving to Chaitanya to get better service from another hospital. In the meantime, my mother developed cataracts in her eyes.When my mother came for the surgery, every staff member at Chaitanya provided the best service.What is most noteworthy is the behavior and care of Dr. Mathew Kurian, who performed the operation on my mother, and cataract consultant Dr. Dhanya Ma'am.My mother is 100% satisfied. She can now read and do other things very well.
