An Exceptional Experience at International Standards I recently underwent cataract surgery at Dr. Jacobs Eye Care Hospital, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, the process was seamless and highly professional. The hospital environment is impeccably clean and welcoming. A special mention must be made of the staff, especially Deepa. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, always there to reassure me and make me feel comfortable, which greatly eased any pre-surgery anxiety. The quality of care, the technology used, and the overall patient management are truly at par with international standards. I had an awesome experience and would highly recommend Dr. Jacobs Eye Care Hospital to anyone.

My mother had her cataract operation done in 2012 at a private hospital where Dr.jacob used to provide service. Since then I have known the doctor. I recommend anyone that asks me for a good eye care clinic in the city here because of the kind of attention a patient is given. Many of my friends and family members have done their cataract operation here successfully. Polite staffs and a well maintained hospital.

Today I visited the eye clinic with my daughter for her eye check up with Dr. Jacob Mathew. We visited more than an hour, they are not calling us us for the preliminary tests. In between other new patients came and they finished their check up snd billings. I contacted the dest 2, 3 times. Their answer is system down, doctor busy, can you change your doctor, etc. When I make sound in the reception, they called daughter for test. And they are not able to see earlier history in their system. It was very bad expperience.

I just can't give zero as 1 star is the least.specs were prescribed as usual and as my son was going to college at kollam.I said ok I will.keep the glasses and when u come in between I will collect the glasses from Jacobs.Then the specs section guy insisted that we will deliver any where u say,that's our responsibility.Till now it has not been delivered.Nw they say it's courier people who r delaying and it's not their responsibility beyond that.Doc also told me the same.Courier people are asking to collect from their office somewhere at kollam.paisa gone no 🤓.I will definitely say not to go their there r so many other hospitals.My 😞
