Very disappointing experience. This hospital seems to be focused only on making money. They charged my father ₹58,000, but the treatment was poor and completely ineffective — a total waste of time and money. The doctors did not even identify or explain the condition properly. Dr. Lakshmi, in particular, did not inform us whether it was thimiram or not. This shows a serious lack of communication and professionalism. Overall, Sree Dharyam Eye Hospital gave us a very bad experience, and I do not recommend it.

I was completely disappointed during my first visit. We had to wait for whole day due to the inefficiency of the reception staff. They didn't seem to consider the patients who were waiting to consult with the doctors. While the staff may be familiar with the procedures, patients and their companions often aren't. Especially for first-time visitors, the process can be confusing, and the staff should guide them through it properly. I would suggest that, as a reputed hospital, you provide proper guidance and education to your staff in this regard. I wouldn't recommend this hospital if you value your time and effort. The staff simply sits around and doesn't seem to be doing much. We wasted an entire day here due to the inefficiency and poor management of this hospital. It might be better for the doctor to work without these kinds of staff because your hospital's reputation is also suffering because of them. Despite the bitter experience, I must say that the treatment and consultation were good."

Good Day Everyone! Visited this clinic a few hours back.1st Impression was not good. When you open a Business at 9 or 10, it should be ready to welcome customers/Patients/Guests. Mopping was sill going on. A freak kinda Boy was behind the desk with torn jeans, flip flops & Uncombed Long hairs. After the check up's Dr prescribed a Eye drop for dry eyes. It took forever & ever. There were just 3 or 4 people in front of me yet no one seems to move, 15 mins/20 mins passed by, I finally told the guard & then informed the Receptionist, to which she told that the boys in pharmacy was new, so taking time. Why would u appoint un trained staff on a Busy day with no knowledge, anyway frustrated, I left the place and bought a eye drop from Kottakal. The Dr & her asst were good and I was satisfied with their check up's & prescriptions. GOOD WILL won't last long if you don't take service seriously. Hope concerned people take note of this. Thanks.

The most inefficient and arrogant staff I have ever seen in my life. The medical treatment may be good, however the staff will test your patience level to the core before you get to talk to any doctors. The most disrepectful and the worst attittude staff will defenitely be a challenge for this reputed place.

I have visited this clinic today, and their service is pathetic, first of all they don’t have any queue system at all despite too many systems are available to organize crowded clinics, I think they are happy to see many people waiting in front of their clinic. No one is able to tell you what time you can see the doctor. Only thing that you can do immediately is to pay the consultation fee after that you just wait hours and hours , after waiting hours your name will be called for eye check up that will not take more than 5 minutes, again you go and sit or stand whatever you like for hours, after long wait again your name will be called to see the doctor but, they guide you to another room and you will be asked to sit and wait again 😃 I have never seen such a clinic at this modern age, feeling like a clinic and system in 80’s . We can see small kids to aged people waiting hopelessly. Me reached the clinic around 12:30 pm, after paying consultation fee waited for an hour then I went for my lunch and returned around 2:30 and checked with the security about my turn, he laughed and told that there are people waiting from morning 😂😂 - for you information now time 4:48 pm and I’m still waiting to see the doctor 👍not finished I could see that patients waiting for prescription after seeing the doctor and again queue in front of the pharmacy - good luck
