We had a very positive experience at NIO Aundh for my father's cataract surgery, which was performed by Dr. Jai Kelkar. The entire process was smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. NIO Staff and the Medical team provided clear instructions and steps to follow on the day of the surgery, which kept us well-prepared. The hospital staff and nursing department are highly skilled, polite, and cooperative. We appreciated that there was practically no waiting time; everything went exactly as planned, leading to a quick and hassle-free discharge. The hospital building itself is very clean and well-organized, with the OPD, IPD, and OT located on different floors. It offers ample space and excellent arrangements not just for the patients, but also for the family members accompanying them. Highly recommended for eye care!

Surgery was performed by Dr Aditya Kelkar which was not only successful but also the vision has improved post surgery. Dr Kelkar & his NIO hospital team provided excellent service, explained step by step procedure, guidance for choosing the lens & operation related instructions.
