I was admitted to this hospital in an emergency, and overall, my experience was very positive. The doctors, nurses, and entire staff were extremely supportive, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The quality of care and services provided was genuinely good, and I felt well taken care of at all times. There was a minor issue with electricity for a short period due to heavy rain for multiple times in a day, but it was handled quickly and did not cause major inconvenience. One area that could definitely be improved is the lift facility, as it was not working, which made transporting patients between floors quite difficult. Apart from these small issues, everything else—from medical care to staff behavior—was excellent. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would recommend this hospital for its service and care.

I LOVE this Sanjivani Shashwat Hospital and everyone I have had contact with here. My doctor Dr. Prashant Munde treats me with respect and looks for my input before making final decisions about medications. He always takes time to answer questions, and it is clear to me that he remembers me from one visit to the next (and I am not here every week!). Once I needed a Ortho appointment for Back Pain, and they took me in immediately in order that I could get relief quickly. The front desk has always retuned my smiles and good humor.”

If you want to risk your life, then I would recommend Shaswat Hospital. There isn’t even a proper doctor available here—most of them are called from outside, and that too only when the patient is close to dying. In the ICU, there are 4–5 OT in-charges, but they don’t seem to know much; it feels like they are just being paid to sit there. Today your patient may be walking, eating, and talking, but in your absence, their condition suddenly worsens so much that they put them on a ventilator without even informing you. This has been my experience five times. The same doctors who are called in for operations take you aside and suggest admitting your patient to their own hospital, saying it will be cheaper there. And the hospital in-charge behaves like Yamraj, playing with patients’ lives. The longer they keep someone in the ICU, the more money they make. Please do not go to this hospital if you value your life. In the entire hospital, only one doctor—Dr. Baldota—seems to be regularly present, and most patients are assigned to him. No other good or reputed doctors come to see patients here.

Dr. Jyoti Shanbhag is excellent with kids. She resolved my daughter’s speech issues patiently and effectively. Highly recommend for pediatric speech therapy.
