We went for the eye checkup for the whole family and we were treated well, all the Nurses were friendly and doctors are good.. highly recommend.. 1 less star is for the fan not working and Airconditioner were not switched on when we entered
My visit to Dr Agarwal’s Eye Hospital was smooth and pleasant. The entire staff was courteous and supportive. I would like to specially appreciate Priya for her excellent assistance and friendly attitude. She managed the process very efficiently and made sure I was comfortable and well informed at every stage. The doctor was attentive and explained everything clearly. She was instrumental in understanding the age factor of my mother (a senior citizen) and her health issues. I appreciate the entire team of doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, ophthalmologists, opticians, support staff and the hospital management for taking extra care to ensure proper treatment and follow-ups after the cataract surgery.
