I would like to thank everyone who guided us and took good care of my son. The service was truly excellent. I would especially like to thank the Billing Department, Mr. Prem Kumar. He is a very kind and supportive person. We initially came to the Emergency department, and the doctor advised that our baby needed to be admitted for four days. From that time until our discharge, Mr. Prem Kumar assisted us continuously and supported us throughout the process. Thank you, sir, for your kind help and dedicated service. ❤️

We had a very good experience. Our four-month-old baby was treated with great care and attention. The staff regularly checked on us, asked questions about the baby’s condition, and made sure everything was fine. They treated us very kindly and professionally. Even when we had to admit our baby to another hospital, they still followed up and enquired about the baby’s health, which shows their genuine concern and responsibility. We are especially thankful to Mr. Varadharajan for his support and care. We truly appreciate the dedication and kindness shown to us during this time.

Thanks to Mehta hospital for the outstanding service. Recently my baby was infected with bronchitis pneumonia and they have treated the baby with atmost care. Best part is the counselling and approach towards the diagnosis. Doctors inform patient's parents about the procedure they take before proceeding. Sincere thanks to Dr. Kannan sir , Dr. Thangavelu sir, Dr.Sandeep, Dr. Aravind and Dr.Sapna for clear guidance and patience in explaining the diagnosis. Thanks to Dr. Sekar sir for referring here. Kudos to all the nurses who played a major role as by baby doesn't sleep late night. Some names to mention Subha,Trisha,Sandhya and Nivedha for warm and extensive support. Couple of things can be improved, 1. The security staff who is staying outside is working more than 16 hous or continuous shifts, which makes them look tired. 2. Some medical expenses are quite high, though service is good but prices can be reduced so that it can be still affordable.

We had an excellent experience at the pediatric ward. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring with children. The nursing staff was very attentive and made sure our child was comfortable throughout the stay. The ward was clean, well organized, and maintained high standards of hygiene. What impressed us the most was how the doctors took the time to explain the treatment clearly and reassure both the child and parents. The entire team was supportive, compassionate, and professional. Thank you to the pediatric department for providing such outstanding care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best pediatric treatment.
