My initial experience was not very good due to the rude behavior of the attendant at the ultrasound section. However, the situation was handled extremely well at the reception by Mahek, who was professional, prompt, and understanding. She recognized the seriousness of the case and arranged our slot immediately. The hygiene and cleanliness are excellent, and overall the service was satisfactory. I would recommend this diagnostic centre. There is always scope for improvement, and a more polite and supportive approach from the doctor would further enhance the patient experience.

I recently visited Dr Doda's Diagnostic centre for ultrasound and had a very positive experience. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The doctor was very polite, patient, and respectful throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and at ease.

I have been using facilities of Ultrasound for a few years now. Off late, I used their Ultrasound services back to back. I must say that I was deeply impressed by the professionalism shown by the support staff and the doctors. The patient in this case was a senior citizen and I am extremely thankful to the warmth and respect given to my father by doctor (Dr. Manjusha Nath) and Ultrasound coordinator (Ms. Pinki). In addition to being true subject matter experts, their behavior was very apt and commendable. Thanks again. Looking forward to continued service excellence from Doda's.

Doda clinic recommended to us by Inder kumar. We went with a appointment. Highly recommend making appointment. The facilities is large, multi level and clean. Manager Ashu Kapoor Was kind and helpful. She made us comfortable got us a Coke chatted with us and accompanied us for tests. Terrific service! And in the lab Vanshika Was efficient and fast. While laying on the table, my gold chain fell out of my pocket. I am so grateful to her for finding it and returning it to me. This gold necklace is a gift from my mother. Thank you so much Vanshika. We met Dr. Doda. We chatted at length. He said the core principle of Customer Service in his clinic is empathy. Highly recommended. For our next test will go here again thank you.
