Very disappointing experience at the Eye Department (3rd Floor). The receptionist was extremely rude and spoke disrespectfully to my mother when she accidentally placed her card on the register. She often behaves this way with other patients too — anyone who asks her something gets an impolite response. She also arrives late, making patients wait for long, and then tells everyone to “stand according to who came first,” which causes complete chaos since there’s no proper token system. Hospitals are meant to treat patients with kindness and discipline, not arrogance. I really hope the management looks into this and ensures better behaviour and organization in the Eye Department.

⭐ DJ Stent Removal – Post Kidney Transplant Had my DJ stent removed after a kidney transplant at Epitome Kidney & Urology Institute, New Delhi in 2025. Day-care procedure under anaesthesia, total cost ₹18,500 (all inclusive). Food not included — lunch charged ₹140. Staff and doctors were professional and efficient.
