I am writing this to express my gratitude to the entire team at Santom Hospital. My mother was recently admitted under the care of Dr. Manoj Aggarwal, who is a truly wonderful doctor. He was incredibly caring, professional, and prompt with every aspect of her treatment. The nursing staff and support team were equally cooperative and helpful throughout her stay. A very special thanks to Mr. Monty, who went above and beyond to oversee everything. From the moment I called for the ambulance until the day of discharge, he ensured the entire process was seamless and stress-free for our family. I definitely recommend this hospital for their dedication to patient care.
My experience with Santom hospital was excellent. From the reception to every stage, I found people are very cooperative and customer centric. Very warm behavior of the staff and doctors make you feel safe and taken care. I strongly recommend this hospital. Special mention to Montyji for his personal attention for a delightful experience.
I am damodar Singh admit in santom hospital in prastant vihar treatment under Dr vipul Rastogi. Dr is very nice and management also good mrs kanchan and monti is very nice. All nurse very good very careful teretment nice staff I am fit and fine thanks Santom Hospital
Avoid if you can specially the emergency ward as all staff including doctor are busy watching their mobile. No bell to call nurse for patients and no one is careful enough to listen to call of patient. If management is reading this i strongly request them to review evening cctv footage
Very poor service. I tried calling the hospital multiple times but no one answered the phone. If they cannot attend calls, how can patients trust their emergency services?
