My experience at Fortis Hospital, Anandapur was smooth, professional, and well-managed from start to finish. I visited for consultation regarding my ligament injury as well as for my father’s shoulder pain, and the overall coordination and service standards were commendable. Waiting time was managed reasonably well, reflecting effective patient flow management. Having diagnostic services and pharmacy facilities within the same premises added to the overall convenience. I am Rekha Ghosh from Murshidabad who undertook knee replacement of both legs recently. When I got a marvelous experience as a patient regarding the Quality of service given by the choosen Hospital Fortis Anandapur. This hospital is super speciality hospital and have got various departments of varieties ailments. Here I share about the Robotic surgery done my feelings by the eminent Knee Surgeon Dr Anindansu Basu and his team which is praiseworthy. The Accommodation of the hospital is fair, clean. noiseless and as good as homestay. The all staff including the sister, attendant are well behaved, caring, and watchful to the patient in all respect. The Physiotherapist Avinash Shaw took me post operation care in such a that I could walk without Walker within 24 hours of knee replacement simultaneously he managed me to climb the stairs of the hospital for which I got confidence to get a normal life which I did not expect in my dream before operation.
