All the nursing service were too good . All the nurse especially sonali, priyanka, Manisha they were very good at the services. Each and every departments were very cooperative. Excellent service of hospital staffs and very good guidance, diagnosis and surgery done/ given by Dr Sumanta Dey, Gastro Surgeon and all other team doctors for Gall bladder stone surgery.
My daughter was recently admitted to the hospital and overall my experience was satisfactory. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment clearly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. However, I believe the hospital could improve its service by increasing the number of nursing staff. The nurses were caring and hardworking, but they seemed very busy and sometimes it took longer to receive assistance. Adding more nurses would help provide faster response times and better attention to patients. Thank you to the medical team for their dedication and care.
