My daughter was recently admitted to the hospital and overall my experience was satisfactory. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment clearly. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. However, I believe the hospital could improve its service by increasing the number of nursing staff. The nurses were caring and hardworking, but they seemed very busy and sometimes it took longer to receive assistance. Adding more nurses would help provide faster response times and better attention to patients. Thank you to the medical team for their dedication and care.

All the nursing service were too good . All the nurse especially sonali, priyanka, Manisha they were very good at the services. Each and every departments were very cooperative. All the coordinators were very good. The whome hospital behavior were very good. All the department done appreciative work. Highly preferable.

I Iwas admitted under Dr Vikash Kapoor for my right knee TKR. I was admitted in the 6th floor B wing bed no 619. I had excellent experience. The doctors team, the nursing team, the physiotherapists all worked as a team to help me with a smile. I am extremely grateful to them. The food department was also really good and asked me for every meal. Thank you EM bypass Manipal for the excellent service

Excellent service of hospital staffs and very good guidance, diagnosis and surgery done/ given by Dr Sumanta Dey, Gastro Surgeon and all other team doctors for Gall bladder stone surgery.

Good Superspeciality Hospital having qualified Doctors of most specialities. Front office somewhat chaotic and manned by personnel who did not appear to be patient-friendly. Most of the Doctors do not entertain WBHS in OPD.
