I had gone to the hospital for the first time and was very impressed with the prompt and professional service at the OPD. Subhadra Agarwal ma'am has been exceptionally cooperative. Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty was so caring and sensitive. Overall a very satisfying experience.
So caring and loving staff, clean and hygienic environment and very consultative doctors and technicians. We do annual health checkup every year but haven't received this ultra level of hospitality and care ever before. God bless Ruby General hospital their administrative staff and medical professionals. I came at Ruby Hospital for my wife for radiotherapy procedure under Dr. (Prof) Subrata Chatterjee. Dr. Chatterjee is a very good doctor. He is also a nice and kind hearted man. All the support stuff are helpfull and having good professional attitude. One drawback....sometimes waiting time was found to be too long... But above all I Highly recommend the said institution.
