I recently visited the Radiology Department at Ruby General Hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The entire team was highly professional, efficient, and well-coordinated. The staff members were polite, supportive, and explained the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the radiology team.

I recently had my health check‑up at Ruby General Hospital and it was outstanding. thanks to madam *Aditi Saha* and *Aparna Maity* at the help desk – they were professional, courteous and made everything effortless. Their quick responses and warm guidance turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth one. It’s clear the hospital values patient experience, thanks to staff like them. I highly recommend Ruby General Hospital and especially its official portal for a seamless interaction.

I had gone to the hospital for the first time and was very impressed with the prompt and professional service at the OPD. Subhadra Agarwal ma'am has been exceptionally cooperative. Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty was so caring and sensitive. Overall a very satisfying experience.

So caring and loving staff, clean and hygienic environment and very consultative doctors and technicians. We do annual health checkup every year but haven't received this ultra level of hospitality and care ever before. God bless Ruby General hospital their administrative staff and medical professionals. Thank God that I have chosen Ruby this time. My special thanks goes to Rachita ma'am and Suchandra ma'am for their 'beyond the obvious' care and professionalism

I came at Ruby Hospital for my wife for radiotherapy procedure under Dr. (Prof) Subrata Chatterjee. Dr. Chatterjee is a very good doctor. He is also a nice and kind hearted man. All the support stuff are helpfull and having good professional attitude. One drawback....sometimes waiting time was found to be too long... But above all I Highly recommend the said institution.
