Datta, and the entire process, from check-up to discharge, was smooth and stress-free. The receptionist, Kamalika, was especially helpful and attentive. The hospital and bathrooms were very clean, and it is conveniently located near Jadavpur 8B bus stand, with easy access to Howrah, Garia, and Esplanade buses.
Emergency building is full of mosquitoes and ceiling fan not working. Went there with my son and he needed stitches but overall procedure took 2 hrs. Could have easily taken to IRIS a few blocks away. Doctors and nurses were good but basic infrastructure is very very lacking.

The hospital facilities are well maintained, with proper equipment and a clean, organized environment. Patients receive good quality care, and the doctors are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and supportive, always guiding students and patients with patience. The nursing staff and other healthcare workers are very cooperative, caring, and professional, which creates a friendly and safe atmosphere for everyone. The physiotherapy department provides good clinical exposure, helping students gain practical knowledge and confidence. Overall, KPC Medical College & Hospital is a reliable healthcare center and a good place for learning, with dedicated staff and quality services. I would definitely recommend this hospital for treatment as well as medical education.
Best Private medical college in West Bengal and better than many Govt colleges. Excellent staff and teaching quality. Infrastructure wise quite advance.
