My father was admitted for a surgery this week. Everything went well, all the staff was professional and approachable. Except for our last day during clearing our bills the nurse at the reception was extremely rude, this was entirely diverging from her code of ethics. We do understand life of healthcare is extremely hectic but that doesn’t give them right to condescend their patients and patient’s family. This experience was really heart wrenching for me to hear from my family since they were already dealing with alot. I hope people understand the way they talk to others does affect their mental wellbeing. If this review is reviewed by any facility member i really request you to take actions or conduct audits on how staff is treating their patients.

My dad was admitted there. He was stable with chronic kidney disease and they shift directly into ICU. In next 3-4 days he was totally unconscious and doctors were saying he will take 1 month to get normal. Then we decided to shift dad PGI Chandigarh and they discharge in 1 week and he is good now. Parvati Hospitali was just making money around ₹50000 everyday. I don’t recommend anyone to go there 🙏
I recently visited smt.paarvati hospital for treatment, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. The doctors were highly professional, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. The nursing staff was attentive, polite, and always available when needed. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and followed proper hygiene standards. The admission and discharge process was smooth and well-organized.
Nurses are untrained at this hospital, do not believe nurses blindly please consult doctor first. Nurses prioritize their comfort forst, also something they give high dose to patients at night because they don't want to disturb their sleep.
