We had a very positive experience during my wife's chemotherapy session at HCG Hospital. Although it required a one-day admission instead of a day-care session, the entire staff handled everything with great care and professionalism. A special thanks to Georgina, Rupali, Hasinur, Pritam, Sarina, Rajshree, Nalini, and Vijashree for their kindness, patience, and constant support. The nurses and helpers were extremely attentive and made sure my wife was comfortable throughout the treatment. During difficult times, such compassionate care truly makes a difference. HCG cancer hospital is an amazing place for patients undergoing cancer treatment.My mother was treated here for colonocancer. It is well equipped with all the latest tecnologies and equipments under one roof.The doctors here are highly professional, considerate and competent. The nursing staff and all the other employees are extremely dedicated and patient. Other departments such as billing, patient care are also very efficient.The patient care head (vibhuti) listens to every patients complaints and feedback with a lot of patience. Overall i had a very smooth experience in the hospital and would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.
