My experience here is very good. My husband was treated under Doctor Rajeev Sharan and the way he explained us everything in details and treated him with utmost care was overwhelming. Also, all the staffs, nurses, admin people were very polite, humble and friendly especially Mr Nayan who gave his utmost care while all the dressings and he was very good at his work. I thank all the team for their help and many thanks to Mr Partha for being so active and keeping patience and informing us and connecting us with everywhere very smoothly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Suraksha Diagnostic. The overall experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating. The staff behavior was careless and unresponsive. Despite waiting for a long time, there was no proper communication or update regarding delays. The management seems poorly organized, and patient handling is completely unsatisfactory. Basic courtesy and professionalism were clearly missing. The reports were delayed without any proper explanation, and no one took responsibility. For a diagnostic center that claims to provide quality healthcare services, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Suraksha Diagnostic. There are many better diagnostic centers that value patients' time, money, and health.

The ambiance of the SCG Cancer Center is very good, and the treatment process along with the operation team is excellent. My patient was admitted to the day care unit, and although we had to wait almost the entire day, the medical services provided were satisfactory. However, we observed that the washrooms were not maintained properly. They need significant improvement and should have constant attendance, especially in the female washroom. Overall, I would rate the center 4 out of 5 for medical services, but the washroom facilities deserve only 3 out of 5.
