I had a very good experience at this lab. The staff is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. The Person who attended me was very kind and gentle, which really made the experience stress-free. The service was quick, clean, and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accurate reports and a supportive staff!

The receptionists are extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They behave as if they hold government jobs, making clients feel unimportant and unwelcome. They do not even address women respectfully, often referring to them as “aunties” instead of “ma’am.” As educated individuals, we chose your reputed lab for its quality services, but such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with its reputation. I request the owner to either train the receptionists to speak respectfully or hire more professional staff. Apologies if my words seem harsh, but please consider how this treatment makes clients feel. Otherwise services are good i Give 5star to services
Very good experience with getting my platelets tested multiple times as I was suffering from dengue. Prompt home collection and quick and accurate reports. Didn't face any problems at all. In fact doctors were very approachable and even helped me with advice. Will surely use their services again and recommend to everyone.
