I had been struggling with chronic knee pain for a long time, and nothing seemed to help until I consulted Dr. Agrawal. He was extremely patient in listening to my concerns, explained the problem clearly, and suggested a treatment plan that finally brought me real relief. His approach is very professional yet caring, and he made sure I understood every step of the recovery process. Thanks to his expertise, my knee pain has improved significantly, and I can move comfortably again. I highly recommend Dr. Agrawal to anyone dealing with joint or orthopedic issues!

Though the first time, it was a very positive experience. Excellent staff! Absolutely amazing doctors. A personal Thanks to Dr {Nirmal Agarwal} for the amazing Treatment of my ankle. I met with an accident and because of that my right leg ankle has been broken, the condition was not so good. It was just because of Nirmal Sir my ankle operation is now in very great condition. It's not about the treatment but also the mental support that worked here. The confidence of our health given by Dr.Nirmal Agarwal is next level , because there are some people who haven't faced such things in their life and when the sudden changes happens they can't control they mental health but when we have Doctors like Nirmal sir everything would seems positive. The motivation he gives to his patients is really very helpful for their health conditions. I pay my sincere Thanks to the Doctors and the wonderful support from the staff here.🙏🏻❤️

Dr Nirmal Agrawal is the best Ortho I know. My father was treated by Dr Nirmal for hip joint replacement after accident and has recovered very well now. I couldn't thank him enough for being so empathetic , his honest advice & the excellent medical care he and his team has provided.

I was having appointment with Dr. Nirmal Agrawal for my mom.. My Mom is senior citizen with age 70+. Though took prior appointment on 7pm the receptionist made us wait till 10pm . Several times I request to her plz prioritize my number as my mom will not able to sit too long. She simply ignored. Not even ready to let me know our number or how many patients are ahead us. She just sending any random numbers. As we were in need my mom choose to lay down inside, and we were keep on waiting. No system at all. Will not recommend to any one. This is my last visit to Siddhivinayak clinic. Will search for another orthopedician. Lastly being in medical field such behavior by receptionist with old / senior citizens in painful situations is simply not acceptable. ================ Hello, Edit is only option as I want to post the revert to previous comment. This second review is revert to the reply by Siddhivinayak Hospital. Guess that you haven't read my review properly. And just in hurry to post the reply. Point 1. You mentioned "problems faced by receptionist." This is only because receptionist is not following the order. And just don't know what to do. Kindly elaborate how appointment system in clinic work. Need to follow a rough list of the patient name daily as per appointment and she just can read and revert back clearly rather than act blind. Point 2. I haven't ask to send my mother first, I asked just to prioritize . Also i was asking on which number we are having. And how many patients are ahead us. The receptionist was having no answer/ no clue. And just keep on ignoring. Also i was there till 10.15 and would like bring to your notice only 1 fracture patient was there. Point 3. Receptionist not ask us to sleep in the ward it was us only searching for the place where my mother can lay down. Luckly 1 bed found. Point 4. If i want to create the nuisance then i will not wait till 10pm until my number came. I would have start as soon as doctor arrived. But i am happy that my review worked. Also before posting my review i read out the older reviews as well which cleared that all 1 star reviews are linked with the receptionist behavior and still there is no improvement.
