I understand people get frustrated with too much of overcrowding. But what all they can do best they always do. They don't ever say no to any patient they admit all patients. It just that we need more hospital like this in different city so the crowd can be managed. This hospital serves pateint from all the states crowds are not usually from only uttar Pradesh but from bihar Jharkhand and west Bengal too. Even poor can get here treatment for very less price because of government and NGOs financial facilities available. I know it take times a bit but all we can do best to push goverment to open more hospitals like this. I have been going to this hospital since last five year for my mother's treatment. Thank you for always serving as much good they can do.

Treatment is good but their staff behaviour is pathetic and delay in service is too frustrating and exhausting for the patients. Communication is not transparent rather different people/staff will guide you differently so you’ll end up roaming around in the hospital. Wanted to give 5 star rating for the treatment quality but all the above mentioned things forced me to give just 1 star. Hoping to get improvement in all these areas.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Snehendu Haldar. From the very beginning, his behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. He did not communicate properly and seemed completely uninterested in understanding the patient’s condition. What was even more frustrating was that he did not listen to the attendant at all. Important concerns were ignored, and there was no effort to explain the diagnosis or treatment plan clearly. It felt rushed, careless, and lacking basic empathy. A doctor is expected to be attentive, respectful, and willing to listen, but this experience was the exact opposite. I would not recommend him based on this encounter.

Our family had a very painful and disappointing experience at Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre, Varanasi. My mother was undergoing treatment for cervical cancer, and for more than one year our family was regularly visiting the hospital. During this extremely difficult time, the behavior of many staff members and nurses was highly rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. Instead of showing empathy toward a cancer patient and her family, we were often scolded and spoken to disrespectfully. Patients who are already in severe physical and emotional pain should never be treated this way. The lack of basic human compassion added mental trauma to our family. Sadly, my mother has now passed away. While we understand the medical challenges, the way we were treated emotionally by hospital staff has left a very negative and lasting impact on us. I understand that hospital staff work under pressure, but this does not justify rude behavior and lack of empathy. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to staff and nurses on communication, respect, and patient care. Future patients and families deserve dignity, kindness, and humane treatment during such critical times.
