Eyes plays a vital process..as being a caring daughter..i really wanted to give a prodigious cataract surgery to my Mom..I personally had a superb experience with trust. Really wanted to thank Dr.Chinmay Mahatme for smooth cooperation with every patients and gesture..Much more recommendations for cataract surgery to all patients out there..
Overall, the procedure was smooth. Siddharth attended to my aunt and was very cooperative and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the behaviour of one staff member who asked us to fill out a form. When I tried to ask her a question, she appeared busy talking to her colleagues and did not respond. Even after I mentioned that I had asked the same question multiple times, she responded rudely, saying she was busy. I feel staff members should be more attentive and courteous towards patients and their relatives.
The hospital staff is very professional and helpful. The location itself is so good. The checkup and the operation went so smooth.
