One of the Best Budget friendly Hospital with the Best Doctors & Surgeons. Excellent caring Staff. Neat & Clean. The only missing is full fledge canteen. Recently we did Hip Bone Fracture major Operation of our mother 91+. Best Doctors & Best nursing.
Staff is very rude and not polite at all. If you're coming to a hospital especially when you're going through something you would expect some kindness but the staff is very rude and not responsive. They act like they don't give a damn. It doesn't take a lot to respond with a caring or concern tone. And the staff doesn't have to make weird face expressions when asking a doubt or a question!
I am extreamly satisfied with the support from MRD section of the hospital. Very fast and positive responses from Mr. Rakesh. He took very good efforts in retrieving the required reports. I am also thankful to Dr. Manoj Gautam for his promt support. Me and my family have been visiting HMN Hospital for the past 24 years and received good treatment every time.
