My dad had an accident in which his brain got damage we tooked him to navkar hospital he was in very critical condition we lost all the hopes but the doctors nurse over there are so good the treatment which. They have done it out standing it took 1 month but he got recovered from the valle guy to doctor nurse and the House keeping staff all are excellent they take a very good care u don't need to worrie about your patient this hospital is number one for there hospitality service a special shoutout to Dr deepali , Dr saurabh and the receptionist ladie kamini they were amazing they helped us all the time i truly appreciate there hospitality Thank you so much team navkar you guys are amazing

She is, without a doubt, one of the most competent and empathetic gynaecologist doctors I have ever encountered. Dr. Mehta took the time to explain my diagnosis and the proposed treatment plan in immense detail, patiently answering all my questions and alleviating my anxieties. Her calm demeanor and genuine concern were a source of great comfort throughout my stay. She was consistently available, monitoring my progress closely and making necessary adjustments with incredible expertise. The supporting staff, including the nurses and attendants, were also incredibly diligent, attentive, and kind. It's evident that Dr. Mehta's dedication inspires her entire team. I left the hospital not just feeling physically better, but also feeling genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend Navkaar Hospital and the wonderful Dr. Nimisha Mehta highly enough. My mother was admitted to Navkaar Hospitals for 5 nights due to ILD complications along with a chest infection, and our overall experience was very reassuring. The medical team handled the case with patience and clarity — they explained the condition, treatment plan, oxygen management and recovery expectations in simple terms, which really helped us stay calm during a stressful time. Doctors were approachable and gave regular updates without us having to repeatedly follow up. A special mention to Dr. Naresh Mehta, who gave us all the confidence in the world that we were in safe hands. His calm approach and clear communication really mattered to our family during a difficult time. The nursing staff were attentive and extremely gentle with an elderly patient. They responded quickly whenever she felt breathless and managed nebulisation, oxygen support and medications very diligently, even during late hours. The ward was clean, hygiene was maintained well, and housekeeping was consistent. Billing was transparent and clearly explained before discharge. Most importantly, the billing department was very warm and supportive. They encouraged us to use the CGHS facility and guided us through the process, which made a huge difference for us. My mother improved steadily and was discharged stable with clear home-care instructions. Grateful to the whole team for humane and responsible care
