Got admitted here for laparoscopy gallbladder removal surgery recently under Dr MS Bedi and team, The doctor was very kind to give me the next day's admission date as i requested. Dr. Dheeraj, Dr. Amrit,Dr. Ravitej were very cooperative in the entire process. Fyi I availed health insurance cashless option, bill was around 60k. The OT experience was good and the recovery room was also nice. Food was good, nursing staff was prompt and canteen related orders were served faster. Feedback/Suggestion: the BROWN colour dress staff seems short in numbers and they seem to be the backbone of hospital day to day operations, kindly look into the same and ensure proper compensation is being provided to ground staff to reduce the iteration rate.

Our Patient was admitted in CTVS ICU for Bypass surgery. Surgery was successfully done by Dr.Shashi Jindal. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the nursing staff at the hospital. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism made a difficult time much more manageable for our family. Every nurse we encountered was attentive, patient, and genuinely caring, always ready to help with a reassuring smile. Their calmness, kindness, and prompt response to every need truly reflect their commitment to their noble profession. The hospital is truly fortunate to have such skilled and compassionate nurses. Thank you for making a real difference in our lives. Specially The CTVS ICU staff

Apart from my political life, I'm not of patient in civil hospital, but I'm attendent of patient (father) in eminent medical facility business known as Max hospital. Everything I found well such as care of patient, room cleaning etcetera. But even having double room patient admission at second floor's room number 2261, via paying charges for best standard facilites, I'm completely disappointed with some of staff (not all only 1-2 couple of staff bcoz I worn trousers t shirt, small turban and slipper for my comfert) as they are discriminating me via looking at my age (27) rather than my role in society as well as political life. If we are facing such incidents then what about common people who comes here just rejecting govt hospitals of cheep services? This review is not for taking someone needy's job through dismissal action, but for realising them for better services in future, where whom about I'm reviewing.

I am very disappointed with your hospitality. It's 9:40 in the morning, and no housekeeping staff has come to clean the room yet. On top of that, your nurse in charge came and started lecturing us about hygiene, even though they themselves don't know how to talk to a patient properly, and they were talking to the patient without wearing a mask. And your white curtains are not clean; they have bloodstains on them. I had to repeatedly tell your housekeeping staff to clean the room. I didn't appreciate this. So please brief your staff.
