Extremely disappointed by the service provided. I had an appointment slot booked for 8 am to 9 am and had been confirmed by the executive who called me. Inspite of related calls to the helpline and the executives concerned; the call was transferred from one person to the other. Finally got a call after 4 hours stating that no home sample collection would be possible. Extremely disappointed by the non professionalism displayed.
