From the reception desk to the nursing staff and doctors, everyone was extremely supportive and courteous. Dr. Vinay Murthy is highly skilled and truly a gem of a person. He is very empathetic, listens attentively, and patiently addressed all our concerns. He ensured we had ample consultation time during every post-surgical follow-up. There is seamless coordination among the staff for all testing and procedural requirements. Special thanks to Shreelaxmi Akka and Sarvotham for being especially helpful and supportive throughout the process.

My daughter, Sarayu has been under the care of Dr. Arvind at Prabha eye clinic for the past 8 years for CRT lenses, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Arvind has been amazing throughout this journey and his expertise and use of the latest technologies have helped my daughter adapt to hard contact lenses. Most importantly, prevented her eye power from increasing significantly. We are now consulting Dr. Svastik since last 2 years, who has been equally excellent and very supportive in helping her with the lenses. A special mention to his assistant, Gautham, who has been incredibly supportive during every visit. From coordinating scans and documentation to consistent follow-ups regarding lens/ appointments, he has always been approachable, professional, and willing to take calls at any time, which has been a huge reassurance for us as parents. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience with excellent guidance and care from the entire team. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Arvind and his team for their dedication and support.
