Amazing service from doctors and staff!! A far cry from other hospitals for sure! A little conconscientiousness when it comes to higiene and sanitization, like wearing gloves, using sanitizer, providing patients' medicines in a paper cup instead of handling them with bare hands, etc.would be nice. Just a little diligence and sensitivity, like maintaining quiet and peace outside the patient's doors, corridors, nursing stations, etc. by the staff would be desirable. Would be great if the management took patients' and their families' requests such as the above into consideration and implement them immediately where possible.

Outstanding Care at Omega Hospitals – BMT Department We are deeply grateful to the BMT Department at Omega Hospitals for the exceptional care provided during my father’s stem cell transplant treatment over a 25-day period. A special and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Madhav Danthala for his remarkable expertise, calm reassurance, and compassionate guidance throughout this challenging journey. His clarity in treatment planning and constant support gave our family immense confidence and hope. Our sincere appreciation to the dedicated nursing team — Samyuktha, Priyanka, Poojitha, Sneha, Swathi, and the entire support staff — for their tireless, round-the-clock care, patience, and kindness. They ensured my father’s comfort and recovery with genuine compassion and professionalism. Stem cell transplant treatment is both physically and emotionally demanding, but the teamwork, empathy, and commitment shown by the Omega Hospitals BMT team exceeded our expectations. We will always remain thankful for their efforts and highly recommend Omega Hospitals to anyone seeking expert and compassionate care. — Pradeep Chandra

Its totally Money pulling corporate hospital. Low/No care about Out patients, especially admin staff and other crew. They act as best as possible and showoff. If u go to casualty / Emergency, u can see best of best actors, rude, careless takers and those who can do practicals on patients and play with patients life without considering patient situation or pain. Even for their mistakes or improper treatment, u have to make double payment, otherwise u will be arrested in casualty. Only one positive side is Doctors. Only persons who deal with patients politely with care. But, they won't have time to look patients or talk/explain with attenders. Otherthan doctors, all are RIP. Hats off to them. I don't want to point out names. One more thing, if you go on Credit basis like ECS, LIC, CGHS and or any other Insurance, they will treat like u as a Beggar. First they will check cash/credit before listening/talking to u. They will give respect and priority for Cash Patients. No proper communication and guidance after surgery and discharge about medication, further symptoms and other important parameters. I found 30-40% additional staff and crew. Because of this creating confusion, miscommunication, time for chit chatting, need to act for survival etc., etc., This additional staff and crew maintenance charges imposed on patients to grab money. I would request vamsi sir to reduce unnecessary scrap additional staff and crew, so that every one will work sincerely without making time pass. Ultimately, charges which imposed on patients can be drastically comes down. Hence, ur service will reach to more patients. Overall my experience in Omega is sour, bitter, bad and indigestive. Because every patient will with hope. But, it is HOPELESS and CARELESS Hospital. I won't suggest anybody to move on this hospital.

A great hospital treats the illness, but the finest hospitals treat the patient with knowledge, care, and hope — and that is the true art of medicine. My father Prakash Rao, aged 72+, received treatment for urinary bladder cancer. Our journey was emotionally exhausting — but it ultimately led us to the place that restored our hope. At first, we consulted a hospital in Financial District, Hyderabad. The issue was not diagnosed correctly, even after two major surgeries. Only later were we told it was cancer, which left our family heartbroken and disappointed. We then sought care elsewhere in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and underwent chemotherapy, but our experience was distressing — the doctors seemed impatient, dismissive, and unwilling to listen, and the final advice we received was bladder removal as the only option. This made us feel lost and unheard at a time when we needed compassion the most. Finally, we came to Omega Hospital, Gachibowli, and everything changed. Here, we met Dr. Ch. Mohana Vamsy - Chief Oncologist, Cancer Specialist, Dr. A Sai Kiran Reddy - Urologist, Dr. Vindhya Vasini A - Medical Oncologist, Dr. R.B.Praneeth Kumar Yadav who treated not just the disease, but the patient and the family: The oncologists and urologists gave us real hope — the kind that heals your heart before your body. They assured us that the cancer could be cured without removing the bladder, and backed their words with action and care. During our 20-day stay, they visited patients 2–3 times daily, personally checking conditions — including my father’s — making every patient feel valued, safe, and remembered. Even after discharge, they continued to follow up, calling us to confirm that everything was alright. This level of concern and continuity of care is rare and extraordinary. Their medical team works with advanced technology and equipment that stands unmatched. But what impressed us even more was the nursing care and Housekeeping staff — responsive, compassionate, and dedicated. The staff on the 4th floor, including nurses like Francis and others, treated every patient like family. For 20 days, we felt supported by sisters and brothers in care who were quick, attentive, and always present when needed. I have never experienced such a complete ecosystem of healing in any other hospital in Hyderabad — from doctors to nurses to support staff. They don’t just extend life — they restore the will to live. This is not just a review. It is my heartfelt gratitude to a hospital that became our family’s light in the darkest time and gave my father — and us — the hope to keep going. Omega Hospital is truly a symbol of hope, healing, and humanity for anyone fighting cancer.
