Heenaben Joshi Me and my family very old relation with Paramount Centre because I am very old Patient. Senior Staff and Supporting Staff good help. Senior Staff provided good & proper advice and best Service. Doctors r supb.
The service provided at paramount diagnostic and research center is really excellent. The centre is equipped with various equipments which are really providing accurate results. The sonography department is also properly equipped and the staff is really helpful and supportive.
Excellent service v. fast service n staff also so kind n soft @lab I reach them for my blood tests and other parameters. Staff is very cooperative and very efficient. Timely service and answer any queries promptly. The lab very hygienic and well maintained. Really very happy about everything- service, hospitality, and behaviours Quick in reports. Very cooperative staff. Easy to coordinate too.
I come to CT scan study service and i found that the all staff are so cooperative and taking care of their patients reception staff are very mich help full and polite
Because of staff miscommunication to us my mother has to suffer. Firstly they didn't mention about cashless procedure. When we reached for tests they said cashless is for only sonography and all not for blood test. While taking appointment their staff didn't mention that. All tests are to take at empty stomach. They were not at all supportive at all. Test are still pending due to their mistake
