Update: The Hospital has issued refund for the charges of hospitalisation because we were having Ayushmann card. Although at the time of admission they said that it is from Rajasthan state and they consider only Gujrat state cards. However after discharge, we raise this issue with them along with concern agencies. They have issued the refund cheque. The response and resolution was swift. —— I visited Pranayam Hospital when my 80-year-old grandmother suffered a heart attack. Her angiography was done and she was admitted to the ICU. Dr. Uttam provided very good treatment, clearly explained her condition, and guided us with the right options for the next line of action. She was well taken care of, and the doctor was easily accessible whenever we needed to speak - this was one of the best aspects of our experience. Areas of improvement: There is no proper parking facility near the hospital, which makes it very inconvenient for patients’ families, as vehicles have to be parked far away. Important Note : The hospital accepts only Ayushman cards issued by the Gujarat Government. We had a Rajasthan Ayushman card which was not accepted, so we had to bear the expenses ourselves. I understand this may be due to government policy rather than the hospital, but I am mentioning it so others can plan their hospitalization accordingly. Overall, it is a good hospital. Wishing the entire team the very best. Dr. Uttam is mind blowing awesome doctor, a person without any filter.

My father recently underwent a heart bypass surgery at ,Pranayam Lung & Heart Institute - Multispeciality Hospital and our experience has been truly positive. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel supported and cared for. The Dr. Tejas Shah were highly skilled, patient, and clear in explaining every step of the procedure, which gave our family a lot of confidence during a stressful time. The nursing staff was attentive and compassionate, always ready to help and quick to respond to any need. The hospital environment was clean, well-maintained, and organized, which added to our peace of mind. We are grateful for the excellent treatment and care my father received. Thanks to the dedicated team at , Pranayam Lung & Heart Institute - Multispeciality Hospital, he is recovering well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality heart care.

Terrible staff people. No one helps patients or their families. They don’t even maintain medication time for patients. Family members have to remind the nurses that it’s the time for injection or medication. Staff is always on phone, and if you ask them any questions, they will just delay it or pass it to another employee, this chain continues but you never get solutions. They are looting people will have any ridiculous reasons to let patients stay in hospital to charge higher and higher bill. Medical insurance team is so useless, they will not respond to insurance companies for days, so patient has to stay and wait for days to get discharged even if doctors already approved discharge. Don’t go here if you need good medical service and worth your time and money.

My mother-in-law went to the hospital only for a routine check-up. However, without proper explanation, the hospital staff admitted her immediately and asked for an MRI right away. This created a lot of fear and stress for our family. We feel that the doctors did not give clear guidance and may have misled us into unnecessary procedures. It seems like patients are pressured into costly tests and treatments. I strongly advise others to think carefully, ask questions, and use their own judgment before agreeing to such decisions, as hospitals can be extremely expensive and may take advantage of patients financially.

Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, empathy was lacking, and concerns were brushed aside instead of addressed. A hospital should prioritize compassion, clarity, and support—especially during stressful situations—but that was not the case here. I hope management takes patient and family feedback seriously and works to improve care and communication.
