Rhythm Heart Institute

I recently visited Rhythm Heart Institute in Vadodara. My sister was experiencing heart pain, and we waited for over 2 hours to see the doctor. What was surprising was that pharmaceutical representatives were allowed to meet the doctor before patients, including elderly individuals. We believe patients should be the top priority, not promotional visits. We hope the hospital will take steps to improve patient care.

We had a patient named Deepak Mehta admitted here, years before at this hospital, back then in 2017 they had handled a valve surgery here very well, 9 years after the valve nedds replacement, everything was very handled and very well coordinated. First line and second line staff is very good, very good special room [clean, airy], good hospital food for patient and relatives also. Sister Sakshi and crew really manages everything very nicely, well trained and gentle handling. Attending staff, Jigar bhai, Jayesh bhai, Ammu kaka and crew also prompt and trained. Security staff Sanjay bhai, Jagish bhai, Navneet bhai and all are gentle, understanding and handle crowd well. Dr Nirav Bhalani, an excellent cardiologist along with Dr Arvjnd Sharma, Dr Chirag Sheth, Dr Aakash Chavda and Dr Dhaval Prajapati, everyone gives very genuine advise and treatment plan. Overall in very safe hands if your patient is at this hospital.

My mother had a sudden heart attack and rhythm staff treated us great. Also, the room is spacious neat and clean. All the doctors and nurses are very friendly and try to make us feel good.

Everything at the hospital was absolutely excellent. The doctors were highly skilled and explained the treatment clearly and patiently. The nursing staff was extremely caring, attentive, and supportive, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout the stay. The hospital facilities were clean, well-organized, and professionally managed. A special mention to the billing staff, who were exceptionally helpful, polite, and transparent. The billing process was smooth, clearly explained, and completely hassle-free, which reduced a lot of stress during a critical time. We felt genuinely cared for and well supported from admission to discharge. Heartfelt thanks to the entire hospital team for their dedication and outstanding service. Highly recommended.
