⭐ Absolutely pathetic service at Bhagwati Hospital, Sector 13, Rohini. The doctors, as well as the owner Mr. Naresh Pamnani, behave very rudely and unprofessionally. The hospital uses old and outdated machinery, yet charges like a five-star facility. There is no value for patients’ time or comfort. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone — you’re better off going to a government hospital, where at least you’ll be treated with some respect and honesty.

Worst hospital. Not worth even a single star rating. My father was admitted in this hospital--- 1)The doctor specially 'Dr. Rohit Singla' of cardiology department (pic 1-- attached) is very proudy about the treatment they are doing, without clearing the doubts of the patient. He tells my father shoutingly 'firstly to study M.B.B.S and then come to him' without knowing the patient's knowledge in the same subject. 2) The staff here has worst behaviour mainly the below security guard (pic 2--attached) shouts at the person/patient suffering from Migraine, for no reason. Such people are not eligible to work in a hospital as they don't know the difference/symptoms/effects or idea about any health issues or even how important is silence necessary in a hospital. 3) The doctors never visit the indoor patients on time. 4) Wrong date of discharge written on the discharge slip as 11/01/2026, but my father was discharged yesterday on 14/01/2026.(Pic-3 attached)

They are good for general issues. ICU is filled with young interns or doctors. Please don’t consult their Psychiatrist. He has no idea if the person’s body is already drained out of minerals you don’t give that person a depression medication which will further slows down the organs and its functions to work on their own and eventually will stop working. In the end person will need ventilator. In general it’s a very dirty unhygienic hospital. Check its room and washrooms assigned to the patients.

Worse hospital. Every single entity from an employee to doctor has its own attitude. Computer systems breaks down every now and then leading to further headaches for patients. Please avoid this hospital at every cost. Visitors and employees never put off shoes before entering ICU. NO one to check. Never admit your dear ones in this worst hodpital.
