I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received at Saran Hospital, specifically concerning the management of Outpatient Department (OPD) patients. I visited the hospital for an OPD consultation, but I was disheartened by the unprofessional behavior and lack of organization I encountered. The staff, including those at the reception, displayed a shocking level of irresponsibility in addressing patient concerns. Despite raising my issues with multiple hospital personnel, including reception staff, there was no effort made to resolve the situation or improve the service. It is deeply disappointing that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left feeling neglected. The management of OPD appointments also seems to be poorly handled, as there was no clear system in place to ensure patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner. The overall attitude of the staff lacked empathy, and the hospital’s approach to patient care was unprofessional and disorganized. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and care, and I trust that any issues or concerns raised will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Saran Hospital. I kindly request that you review your hospital's protocols, staff training, and overall patient management to ensure that such issues do not continue in the future.
