One star cut just because of coordinator please read complete review I underwent a day care procedure today under Dr. Seema Manuja and Dr. Renu Gupta, and I genuinely want to appreciate the entire medical and nursing team for their outstanding care. From the moment I was shifted to the labour room area before OT, the nurses — Kavita, Renu, Kiran, and Sonam — were extremely kind, soft-spoken, and reassuring. Their calm tone, gentle handling, and caring behaviour made a huge difference during a stressful time. I was honestly amazed by how empathetic and patient they were. The junior doctors in the labour room were also very supportive and professional. Dr. Seema Manuja and Dr. Renu Gupta handled everything smoothly and confidently. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the process. However, I would like to provide constructive feedback regarding the coordinator, Babita (Dr. Seema Manuja’s coordinator). Unfortunately, I did not receive guidance or assistance from her before or after the surgery. There was no proactive support in explaining processes, arranging things, or helping with queries from the doctor’s side. Compared to other coordinators I have interacted with in the same hospital (for example, Deepak ji during my father’s surgery and the eye department coordinator), the experience was very different. I believe with proper professional training and clearer role definition, she could improve significantly and contribute better to patient experience. Overall, my medical experience was excellent, and I am grateful to the doctors and nursing staff for their warmth and professionalism.

I am Neerja Sharma and I am under the treatment of Dr Naveen Sanchety, Director Surgical oncology and his highly qualified team, in Sarvodaya Hospital. Recently I went through Radical hysterectomy under his guidance. Initially I was worried about the procedure but their humble words, motivation and good behaviour made me understand the surgery procedure. Dr Naveen is very humble and kind. His whole team Dr Jyotsna, Dr Prateek, Manish and Puja (PRO) in the Oncology department are very dedicated and helpful. May God bless them all. I am still under their treatment. I thank them all with my whole heart. I also thank Dr Raina Chawla and Dr Nidhi Sharma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for healing me finding my disease and referring me to Dr Naveen Sanchety in Oncology.

We came to Sarvodaya Hospital in a very serious condition. My mother was extremely weak and unwell, and we were desperate to understand what was happening to her. From the very first day, the entire medical team acted with exceptional speed, professionalism, and coordination. Within just one day, all necessary examinations were completed — PET-CT, ultrasound, lab tests, biopsies, and consultations. The diagnosis was made quickly and accurately, and the treatment was started without any delay. Thanks to the correct therapy and the continuous monitoring by the doctors, we saw a remarkable improvement in only one week. My mother was literally back on her feet. This is the result of true dedication and outstanding medical expertise. We express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Imam Ather and Dr. Dinesh Pendharkar for their professionalism, compassion, and care, as well as to the entire staff and nursing team for their kindness, attention, and patience. We are also sharing a photograph in this review — it highlights the people who were especially attentive, caring, and supportive throughout our stay. Their warmth and dedication made a difficult time much easier for us. Sarvodaya Hospital gave us hope when we needed it most and helped save my mother’s life. We are sincerely thankful for everything you have done.

My experience at Sarvodaya Healthcare, especially in the Surgical ICU, was truly outstanding. From admission to discharge, I always felt safe, closely monitored, and genuinely cared for.
