Absolutely a nightmare experience i hv unleashed in this organisation. Be extremely vigilant of their unprofessional services regarding critical cases ...you may get treated for minor illness but if its a major one, do avoid this organisation for your own safety. I had my wisdom teeth extracted by so called shameless doctor "Supratim Mondal". Just after i got my wisdom teeth extraction done..i suffered from oroantral communication. Upon repeated visiting to the same doctor and also Doctor Prodipto (another unprofessional), they kept on assuring me that its absolutely normal and it will close on its own. Upon my 5th visit on the same month post extraction of my wisdom tooth, Dr. Mondal suggested me to go to an ENT and then again come back to him. Just after that day, I went to Dr. Bhabika Sen, a renowned ENT specialist at BP Poddar and from her only, I got to know I have developed oroantral fistula plus there are puss cells and much more. I was suggested a CT Scan and with that I went to another professional, much experienced dentist and he told me that not only my conditions are repeatedly neglected, rather I have developed acute sinusitis with oroantral communication and I needed an immediate surgery. I had to underwent an extremely critical maxillofacial surgery with titanium implant in my mouth..just because of the unprofessionalism of Dr. Mondal and Dr. Prodipto. I have all the evidences with me and I would go to any level to have my compensation back satisfactorily.. So, be very careful while you take a decision to visit the organisation...

My only complaint is that the wait time is too long. Even after making an appointment, we have to wait for three to fours hours to see the doctor. Basically, an entire morning or afternoon is spent waiting to see the doctor. What also irks me is that certain patients are allowed to go in soon upon their arrival. Once, when I enquired the reason for this discrepancy, a staff member informed me that they would be done in a few minutes and that they could not wait. It kind of made me wonder why the staff member assumed that we had nothing to do in our lives and had made an appointment only to wait for hours for our turn.

came for an eye and ENT checkup, both the doctors were good, would highly recommend the services.

well maintained, specialist on eye, dental and ENT department. lots of equipment and experience staff are there to help you out with any kind of help required. cleanliness and facilities are up to the mark

Very bad experience. Doctors are not experienced. They don't know the consequences of RCT. After RCT in my kid it started paining for a prolonged duration. When I visited doctor they informed that after RCT pain is normal and will goes in a week. But after 30 days the gums started swelling and bumped. Then doctor told to remove the teeth. Worst experience I have about the doctors
