Was admitted for a dental cyst operation stayed on the 7th floor in one of the single room… Had a smooth journey starting from admission to discharge. The staffs were helpful and knowledgeable, room was spacious and clean, attend’s stay option were also comfortable.

Narayan Memorial Hospital provided excellent service. My son had a minor surgery (OT), and I stayed in Bed No. 706. The nursing staff and doctors were incredibly cooperative throughout our stay. Our doctor Dr. Tamasuk Das, was very helpful and supportive. The food quality was also very good and the housekeeping was excellent; they maintain a very high standard of hygiene. Additionally the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the care we received🙂

My father underwent a knee replacement surgery at Narayan Memorial Hospital under the care of Dr. Somdeep Mukherjee. He was admitted on Bed 701 (7th Floor) on 16th January 2026 and discharged on 23rd January 2026. Overall, our experience with the hospital was very satisfactory. Dr. Somdeep Mukherjee is an excellent orthopedic surgeon—calm, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and the surgery was successful. My father’s recovery progressed well under his guidance, and we felt confident throughout the treatment process. The hospital staff deserves special appreciation. The nursing sisters were extremely caring, attentive, and supportive, especially during post-operative care. The floor manager was very cooperative and well-organized, ensuring smooth coordination and addressing any concerns promptly. The housekeeping staffs were responsive and polite. The overall staff was polite, responsive, and professional throughout the stay. Post-operative care, physiotherapy support, and regular monitoring were handled efficiently. The rooms were clean, hygiene standards were well maintained, and the admission and discharge processes were smooth. We are grateful to Dr. Somdeep Mukherjee and the entire Narayan Memorial Hospital team—including the staff, sisters, housekeeping staffs and floor manager—for their dedication and care. I would highly recommend this hospital for knee replacement and orthopedic treatment.

Narayan is located right on the main road , easy connectivity. Our family has been using this facility for few years now. The ambience is nice and very helpful staffs right from the lift to the rooms . This time My father in law was admitted to Room 706 , the the behaviour of the floor staff , nurses and the Doctors were very good , Quick and efficient. Food and room service was also 👍. Hope they keep up the standards.

I was admitted in bed number 709, and overall my experience at the hospital was very good. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive at all times. Medical care, nursing support, cleanliness, and hospitality were all up to the mark, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the charges are quite expensive, which may not be affordable for everyone. Apart from the cost factor, the quality of service was good.
