Bansal Diagnostics is one of the best places to visit when you are sick. The facility is upto date and the reports are authentic and trustworthy. The staff are extremely helpful especially Vishal, Rita and Geetanjali are always helpful and go out of the way to make any patient comfortable. Thank you Bansal!!!

I visited Dr. Parashar Gosh after getting an appointment with great difficulty, with a lot of hope and expectation. I was suffering from severe knee pain and other joint issues and went looking for proper medical help. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of being empathetic and professional, the doctor behaved in a humiliating manner. He spoke to a female patient in an insulting and disrespectful way and made inappropriate comments about her body shape. This was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting to witness. As a doctor, one is expected to communicate with respect and sensitivity. The way he spoke was unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients visit doctors in pain and with trust, and no one deserves to be treated this way. This review is based purely on my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

The diagnostic center in our local area is really good, and their services are excellent too.However, the rates are a bit high, they should consider adjusting them. The staff’s behavior is also nice, especially Khusbu aunty, who serves tea. She’s very kind and always helps me whenever I visit. I’m really happy to see such a caring and helpful person like her.

Working staff named Rita. (Sitting in the basement Reception), her behaviour is very arrogent towards Medical Representive which absolutely unacceptable. Treat us like a trespasser. Though many of us visit regularly. Not a single star.
