Worst of worst with lethogic staffs. From the nurses to the chief doctors just playing with the life of patients. During the year 2022 I admitted my father due to blood ooze in brain (sudden stroke). From the beginning the doctors pampered woth only negative words. Then they took my father to the critical care and kept almost for 10days. He was not in concious on all those days. I was been there in the hospital as attendee for the days. A day night suddenly I got some bad vibe and so went to visit my father immediately. The security person wasn't allowed me to enter inside. After some fighting conversion I went inside the ICU & saw my father. The bed of him was fully blood of him. There was trips needle injected on his neck for medicine. They didn't close the knob of the needle after medication. Already I admitted my father as he was sick, and now due the lack of attention & lethogic handling of doctors & nurses my father's situation went worse more. I raised the complaint with the chief. I don't know whether that lady chief doctor takes food or something else to intake. She was answering such a lethogic way by securing there people and switching issue on our side. Then she said they will be moving my father the general ward and so we may need to take care after like she said. I was completely broken on my father's condition. Because he was the only hope of myself & my family. I don't know what to do more then. Finally after getting consultation with some other hospital and planned to discharge him from this hell SRM. The chief and doctors aren't caring the patient. If the people asking for discharge, they make us to roam throughout the night from the top floor to ground floor, ground floor to top floor vice versa. Actually by evening 6.30pm they said me to clear the bills to discharge. I did it 7pm and took all the bill copies. Even after throughout the night they made me to run over the complete hospital. With the worst case I fought with the doctor morning 4.30am and took my father out with discharge summary by 5.45am. SRM hospital is like a vampire in the name of God. They act like they are offering economically weaker people. But the real scenario is they are experimenting using our people. I strongly suggest not to reach this blood vampire spot until and unthen you are ecomically or background stronger. Today father is not with me only because of these ruthless

Worst hospital experience I have ever had. Especially with their staff's and doctor's such bunch of careless people i have ever seen. Recently we went to the SRM hospital for my maternity check up for the first time and we waited almost 3 hours just for check vitals. Just three staff for almost 200 patients in OBG op.This is not fair and also no staff in the scan room and some patient just came inside while my taking scan, no one asked anything to them even the doctor went silent. I can't understand what is this ? They

I would like to thank the entire Vascular team Dr.Karthik kalaiselvan and Dr.Arun ezhilarasan for their treatment with utmost care and dedication. They were so clear on the plan of the procedure to be done and executed it successfully which made us to overcome the painful situation. The General Surgery team did an outstanding treatment with lot of care which made us feel better with speedy recovery. A special thanks all the doctors in the team. The staff members in the special general ward were so dedicated and patient. They attended the patient the next minute we needed.The ward co-ordinators were so keen on keeping the ward so clean..

We had a wonderful experience at SRM Institute of Science and Technology Hospital. My wife delivered a healthy baby girl safely here. We are especially grateful because the medical expenses were completely free, which was a great support for our family. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff members treated us with great care, respect, and kindness throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and ensured both mother and baby were well taken care of. The hospital environment was clean and well maintained. We sincerely thank the entire team for their excellent service and support. Highly recommended!
