At Eskag Sanjeevani, Baranagar the OPD services are well-organized, and the doctors listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The waiting time is also reasonable. The OPD reception team is helpful and polite. They guide patients properly with registration, payment, and finding the right department, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. The IPD services are also well maintained. The nursing staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They respond quickly whenever help is needed, and overall care is good. Overall, it is a reliable hospital with supportive staff, clean facilities, and good medical services. I would definitely recommend Eskag Sanjeevani, Baranagar for both OPD and IPD care.

I admitted my wife to this hospital during her pregnancy, and throughout the entire 9-month journey we consulted Dr. Chiranjit Ghosh. He was extremely supportive and guided us at every step. His care and reassurance meant a lot to us during this important phase of our lives. I would also like to sincerely thank the nursing staff and the entire Sanjeevani team for their excellent care, cooperation, and support. We are truly grateful to everyone.

My father in was admitted in ICU for brain hemmorrage for a week, although the doctors are capable enough to manage the situation, but the attendant hardly looks after the patient, at the time of discharge no diet chart was provided , doctors are not interested in attending the patient in opd. The charges are like private hospitals but the facility is not at par with the charges, even junior doctors are charging fees which are not even charged by senior doctors in the same field , such as doctor moukli pal has just 5 yrs of experience and shows that as she has learnt everything about nuerology, even the nephro doctors are not capable enough to diagnose the issue properly
