I recently visited the hospital for a routine checkup. The doctors were polite and satisfactory during the consultation. However, I am quite disappointed with how my basic vitals were recorded. Both my blood pressure and weight were measured incorrectly. According to the hospital staff, my blood pressure was low. This immediately seemed unusual to me because I have a known tendency to have blood pressure on the higher side. For my own reassurance, I checked my blood pressure again later, and it turned out to be high — not low at all. This kind of mistake in measuring something as basic as vitals is concerning. Accurate readings are extremely important, as they directly affect medical decisions and patient care. Such errors should not happen in a reputed hospital. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better attention to detail in the future so that other patients do not face similar issues.
I came to visit a doctor and was told by the CS people on the phone to come by 7:30am yet there is no one in the help desk or in the reception i am sitting here for 30mins. It literally says open 24 hours yet you cant find anyone expect the housekeeping staff. A lady was searching for a wheelchair yet no one’s assisting her. I am not sure what kind of SOE the management is following but am sure its poor. Would be more than happy to help the management to solve this and work with them.
My daughter recently returned home after a four day stay in the hospital, and I am truly grateful for the care she received. From the moment she was admitted to the time of discharge, everything was handled with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. The doctors were attentive and took the time to explain every detail clearly. The nursing staff was incredibly kind, patient, and quick to respond whenever we needed help. The housekeeping team kept the room clean and comfortable throughout her stay, which made a big difference in her recovery. The overall environment was calm and well-organized, and I always felt that she was in safe hands. My treatment was smooth, and the staff ensured she never felt anxious or alone. Thanks to the entire team for their exceptional service. She is back home now and feeling much better because of your excellent care.
Hospital with good doctors and facilities but yes it comes with a price as the treatment is a bit expensive. However the waiting area has ample amount of seating area and also patients visiting time are a bit lenient, providing a more relaxed and accommodating experience to people visiting their patients.
The doctors and staff are awesome. I had been admitted in two cases and both have been handled superbly. I am putting my rating as 3 star and this rating is focused on the door system in the hospital. You must have automatic sliding door for hygiene purpose. All your doors presently need to be pushed by hand. I also noticed no hand dryer in the toilet of the specialty ward in 1st floor which is another hygiene issue. Please address this.
