We had a very good experience during my daughter’s treatment and surgery. A special thanks to Prashant (TPA) for his excellent support with the medical clearance and insurance claim process. He guided us properly and made sure everything went smoothly without any stress. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Tejaswini Patil for performing the surgery so well. My daughter had a 17 cm ovarian cyst, and the doctor not only removed the cyst successfully but also saved her ovary. We are truly grateful for her skill, care, and clear guidance throughout. During such a stressful time for our family, the support we received from Mr. Prashant made a significant difference. The admission process was handled very quickly and smoothly because of him. As a Mediclaim Manager, Mr. Prashant managed the entire admission and mediclaim procedure with great care and professionalism. He ensured that the process was completed without causing any inconvenience or stress to our family. What impressed us the most was that his first priority was always the patient’s well-being. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment and services provided at Balajee hospital, my mother who was admitted for pneumonia, received excellent medical care from the doctors and nursing staff. The hospital maintained neatness and cleanliness. And environment was very comforting. A special mention to the TPA department for their prompt assistance in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free insurance process. The experience was stress-free for us. I had a pathetic experience at Balajee Hospital, Malad East, following my surgery. I highly regret choosing this facility and would advise everyone to stay away. • Terrible Hygiene: The hospital environment is disgusting. There is no separate washroom for patients; the nurses, staff, and patients all share the same toilet. It is extremely unhygienic and a massive infection risk, especially for someone recovering from surgery. • Not Worth the Money: The rooms and beds are incredibly expensive, but the quality is "third class." You pay premium prices for sub-standard, dirty facilities. • Poor Management: The management clearly doesn't care about basic sanitation or patient comfort. This hospital is not worth your money or your health. Do yourself a favor and go to a better, cleaner hospital in Malad. I will never come back here again.
