What patients say
145 on GoogleDISAPPOINTED Out of everyone we interacted with, only two staff members were polite, well-mannered, and genuinely caring. The rest lacked even basic etiquette while speaking to patients or their families, which was very upsetting during an already stressful time. The WORST experience was with one of the RMOs who was coordinating with my mother’s outside doctor. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. She behaved as if she was doing us a favour and spoke to us in a disrespectful, condescending tone, as though we were uneducated. I don’t wish to name anyone publicly, but I sincerely hope the hospital takes such behaviour seriously because no patient’s family deserves this kind of treatment. Another shocking incident happened inside the ICU. My mother witnessed an emergency case where 2-3 doctors were giving CPR to a patient, and the entire scene was chaotic. While emergencies do happen, it was disturbing that other patients in the ICU were exposed to the whole situation without any precautions taken to shield them. My mother couldn’t sleep the entire night because she was so scared by what she saw. ICUs must ensure privacy and emotional safety for all patients — this was completely lacking. Additionally, the overall hygiene of the hospital was not up to the mark. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations in any medical facility, and this standard was not maintained either. I genuinely do not recommend this hospital. However, I understand that in emergencies, we sometimes have limited options in that area — that was the reason we also ended up here. If you do need to visit this hospital for any reason, please be extremely alert about what is happening, ask questions proactively, and do not assume you will be kept informed. My intention in sharing this review is to help future patients and their families make informed decisions and to encourage the hospital to improve its staff behaviour, communication, hygiene, and overall patient care.
To Shri Balaji hospital management who promises to give better medical Services.Could not expect such an non polite and rude behaviour from Ur staff. Yesterday 19 jan evening around 7:30 p.m. my mom SENIOR CITIZEN visited the hospital because she was having severe stomach pain and diarrhea. One of the on duty female staff sister rudely shouted on her that CGHS card holders should come in the morning not in the evening. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND IF THE PERSON IS IN pain in THE EVENING SHOULD THEY WAIT Till morning FOR THE VISIT. WHEN YOU ARE NOT WELL THE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY IF YOU ARE OLD AGE PERSON I FEEL IN WHICH PROFESSION YOU ARE YOU SHOULD BE ACTIVE polite helpful ALL THE TIME TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE PATIENT I Request hospital management to look into the matter.please if anyone have experience such things bring it in the notice of hospital and others who are we visiting hospital
Dr Ashok Joshi and Dr. Nitin Joshi are excellent doctors. However, their staff both in Ambernath and Ulhasnagar lack empathy, kindness and courtesy. They feel they have all the rights in this world to treat people the way they feel. They don't work for the doctors they make people feel that doctors work for them. No decency to talk and zero communication skills. Any calls made to book an appointment are treated with harsh tone and sudden hangup before we could finish the sentence. I called all the numbers printed on the file several times. It eithe kept on ringing or gets busy tone. No courtesy to return a call. Even if they are answered, the appointment will be booked after 3-4 days. Even the ministers in the parliament are not that busy. You visit the doctor either Dr Ashok or Nitin Joshi, without prior appointment, you'll be asked to wait for hours and then your file will be handed over to RMO. That's the best treatment they can offer if your are lucky.
I m so much shocked to see that the girl in short height at the reception is so rude & Mannerless I can’t even have words the staff is not at all good my experience is really bad we called for an appointment they dint received our call then we went there 2 days prior as they takes appointment 2 days prior so we went there for appointment… They said just come will write your name at that time… when we reached there we literally waited for 2 hours what we saw they took the people who were behind me before they took me I m really really disappointed ! Already if the person is not doing well they treat you like this !! The doctor should take some actions and not leave the hospital staff leniently! And also I was admitted here the sister was placing cannula blood clot developed while insertion in my hand still she was trying what the hell then was when I said it’s hurting pls stop den she left by saying you are very sensitive ! The doctor is really nice his medicication works
