Manipal Hospital offers modern facilities, skilled doctors, and generally efficient service. Staff are courteous and supportive, though wait times can vary during peak hours. Overall, it provides reliable care with good patient attention and strong clinical expertise.
Lines are pain stickingly long Billing counter & reports has just 1 attended [avg clear time seems 5 minutes] Imagine ur doctor is available till 4pm and ur time gets wasted in queues Given the money they charge, service is quite slow
Manipal hospital has good Healthcare facilities. Its clean & hygienic too. Has various services and departments like Cardiology, cardio-surgery , neurology, gen. Surgery, gastrology, pediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, ENT, dermatology, anesthesia, physiotherapy, dental, ophthamology, Cancer care, radiology, emergency care, neonatal care& NICU , ICUs plastic and cosmetic surgery, dietician, diabeties & endocrinology etc.
This hospital never fails to surprise with their ill managed billing system. There is no one to guide and now new token system doesn’t move at all. Inspite of patients waiting.. their counter remains occupied with 1 or 2 when there is provision for 4 counters. Why such apathy for patients ???? I had to leave this chaos without meeting the Doctor
Extremely inefficient staff, especially front desk who kept misinforming people and continuously pushing the patient to edge of getting frustrated. Any medical facilities you want to avail, depends on how much money you can spend. If Someone has any panel, they would only get any help if surgeon or someone at higher management approves it. Had interactions with different floor managers, all of them are incompetent, not trained at all, best they can do is make sure your time gets wasted by asking some invaluable documents. 90% foot traffic in hospital floors are because of these floor managers. They took 7 hours to assign a room to a patient who came out of CTICU, just let patient and attendant suffer on their mercy. Minor adjustments and implementation of new process can save ton of time for patients and staff. Worst of them are physicians, no empathy towards patient, lack skills of consultation, always in rush and kept running away from patients.
