I had a 7-day hospital stay for my mother, and overall the experience was very positive. By the end of the stay, she was completely cured and doing well, which I'm very thankful for. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Charu Goel Sachdeva, who was the primary doctor and provided excellent treatment, guidance, and reassurance throughout the hospitalization. We also sincerely appreciate Dr. V. Balasundaram for the strong support provided during the IPD stay. Both doctors were professional, attentive, and compassionate. Special appreciation to Michelle, the dietician, for planning and explaining a diabetes-friendly diet that was well suited to my mother’s condition and recovery. The nursing staff of the 8th floor deserves special mention for their continuous care, patience, and prompt response at all times. Their dedication and support made a big difference during the recovery period. Housekeeping support was also commendable. Muskan and Ruchi did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness and assisting with daily activities, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment throughout the stay. However, one area that needs improvement is security management. Despite providing feedback, visitor control was not strictly enforced. Multiple visitors kept entering the room even though the rule clearly states that only 1–2 attendants are allowed. Several visitors were also using the washroom inside the room, which was meant exclusively for the patient. This issue was especially noticeable at night, when there appeared to be no security checks at all. Anyone could access the floor and enter patient rooms freely, which raises concerns regarding patient privacy, safety, and infection control. Overall, we are grateful for the medical care and support provided. With stricter enforcement of visitor and night-time security policies, the hospital experience can be further improved.

The hospital staff was polite, well-trained, and always ready to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern medical technology. I felt comfortable and confident during my treatment. Thanks to the excellent care and proper treatment, I noticed significant improvement. I am very satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend Max Super Speciality Hospital** for specialized and quality medical care. Room 1703, had a good Experience and seamless care was taken. Housekeeping department was good and cleanliness was taken care very well. Compliments to attendants Ms. Surbhi and Ms. Rajwati, Mr. Jaiveer and Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Akshay, and the manager Mr.Sagar. Floor Manager Ms. Rijju coordinated everything well. And not the least my heartfelt thanks to DR. BHUSHAN NARIANI for a successful surgery . All the very best to the entire Max team.

My mother was admitted in 1619 Mrs Mohini Trivedi, I am truly satisfied with treatment under Dr Randeep Wadhawan. He seems to me one of the best surgeon so special thanks to him. Also thanks to Ms Upasana for guiding us well for future. Floor manager Ms Sangeeta is also very humble and supported well. Night GDA staff was also very helpful.
