The service provided by the doctor was very professional but I think the arrival of the doctor was late as we had to wait for nearly two hours from the scheduled time of operation. The staff members and the nurses were super nice and kind hearted in nature. Offering us the best service possible.

One of the great hospital to visit for, staffs are cooperative. More over the pharmasist Mr Sukhchand Raut is highly knowledgeable and helpful he maintains a perfect TAT by reducing customers waiting time and discribes when to take medicine resulting in ultimate customer satisfaction.

My mother's cataract surgery was done on July by Dr .Quazi ,he is one of the best doctor in Siliguri . Dear Siliguri people please do visit this hospital for your eye treatment ,each and every person of this centre is very helpful ,from doctor to optometrist everyone is very polite and friendly.

Worst experience ever in my life! First of all we booked online appointment as well as through telephonic conversation to treat my uncle under the supervision of Dr. Qazi but after reached centre for sight, they are saying Dr. Qazi is absent and they forced us to checkup to another doctor and during the cataract operation they were tell us to pay 19500 +1680 but atleast during the payment of final bill they were saying you have to pay 31100+1680 blah, blah....... In this hospital only money matters. Bargain as much as you can. Idon't suggest this hospital Councillor of this hospital is trained to suck as much as money from patient.

I visited this Eye Hospital few days back for my Grandmother. It was very nice experience for me. All staff are so helpful and kind. It just took few time to checkup and all. Clean and hygiene hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Quazi. I highly recommend to visit there.
