We had visited the first time to do follicular study. Firstly they insisted on taking the complete package and were told to do as per their radiologist's instructions. We said we will do as per our consulting doctor's instructions. We asked them to bill us for just one sitting and their charged us Rs 1900 for just one sitting whereas other places around Siliguri charge approximately Rs 800 for just one sitting. Secondly the radiologist who took the test was not aware of what to do which made my wife very uncomfortable. Very Bad first experience. Bill attached.
I triple confirmed timing for my baby’s first blood test. Even then I am still waiting for the specialist to arrive after 1 hour. Keeping a new born baby waiting in such environment is the worst treatment possible. Staff are good and everything but this is not professional at all. New babies need minimum exposure outside and I am still waiting since 1 hour, don’t have other option right now but to wait!
Front desk staff were good but some of them still have a lot of scope for improvement while sitting in a sensitive liaisoning with the people. Need to be a little flexible while considering so many aspects to provide the services. It is not that just giving reports in time but how you the people with much care and respect which is important. Anyway it's a wonderful experience.
Rates of certain test vary at the time of booking and at the time of collection of report, and I was forced to pay the excess amount. No response from the front desk executive, very disgusting and unprofessional. Will never recommend.
I visited twice. Staff are very responsive. Good atmosphere inside the hospital premise. One of the Good procedures is that a patient can assess his test report online also . 👍
