Despite all the negative reviews, I visited Kosmoden on 09/02/2026. They have upgraded and moved to the 2nd floor recently with a modern sitting area, reception, and medical equipment. Most reviews about the receptionist's behavior are negative, but they were very helpful and polite as per my experience. Timing: 10am to 7pm. Pre-booking must be done.

The staffs were so rude as most of the people already experienced it. If there's any emergency as well they won't let you visit doctor or you cannot have a face to face conversation with doctor. Instead they got arrogant with me and just suggest repetition of medicines. I personally dissatisfied with the service there and the price are also high.

If you're thinking of getting braces for your teeth, please opt for other clinics with experienced orthodontists. Writing down my own personal experience after I went there to get braces for my crooked teeth. After the treatment period was over with my braces taken off, instead of getting healthy teeth, I ended up with a massive deepbite and unneeded chewing problems. My front upper teeth now completely cover the lower teeth. They did nothing to correct my lower teeth misalignment either. I now have to get braces for a second time in a different clinic to correct this. Sadly they prioritise money over customer wellness.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The staff, particularly the receptionists and nursing staff, were incredibly rude and arrogant. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking. I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Customer service is just as important as medical care, and this kosmoden dental clinic severely falls short in that department. Very unprofessional behaviour.
