I am writing to bring to your attention the current situation at Divya Prasth Hospital. The patient was admitted to the ICU last night, but till now no proper update has been given about the condition or what the actual problem is. The report has still not arrived, and we are being told that only once the report is available will the exact condition be known. The family has been left in uncertainty and keeps asking for updates without any clear answers. In addition, there are serious issues with basic facilities. Drinking water is not available for the attendant, and when we request it, we are simply told to inform the security guard. Moreover, staff members are seen roaming around with packs of glasses in their pockets, which does not reflect well on hospital discipline and hygiene standards. This is a matter of deep concern. I request you to kindly look into these issues on priority and ensure that patients and their attendants are given proper updates, timely reports, and basic facilities. Regards,

Divya Prastha Hospital, Palam (Delhi) was a disappointing experience. The staff felt unprofessional and untrained—basic communication was rude, guidance was unclear, and no one seemed accountable. Simple requests were handled casually, and coordination between the reception, nursing staff, and support team was messy. Instead of feeling supported in a hospital environment, I felt ignored and stressed. A healthcare facility must show empathy, discipline, and proper process, but here the attitude and service quality didn’t match that standard. Management should seriously invest in staff training, patient-handling etiquette, and supervision. Until the culture improves, I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone seeking responsible care.

On 25 Feb 26, we visited the laboratory of Divya Prasth Hospital for routine blood sample collection for my wife. The assigned lab technician (Vipin) attempted to draw blood five times but failed on each occasion. These repeated and unsuccessful attempts caused severe physical pain, visible swelling, and considerable mental distress. Such conduct indicates lack of adequate skill, training, and professional standards expected in a medical facility. This amounts to negligence and is highly concerning for patient safety. We expect the hospital management to conduct a formal inquiry and take appropriate corrective action immediately. Failing which, we will not hesitate to escalate this matter to concerned medical authorities. Highly dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Rekha ma’am, the gynecologist, had prescribed a protein powder. It has been four days now, but it is still out of stock at your pharmacy. This is quite disappointing and reflects very poor service

The doctors are good, but my overall experience with the hospital staff was very disappointing. The staff needs proper training, and the hospital should hire more experienced nursing personnel. There are also hygiene issues within the hospital premises. We had to ask multiple times even for small things, and the staff was not prompt in taking action. Procedures and information were not explained properly. Considering this is a private hospital where patients are paying for services, the quality of service does not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hospital.
