One of the best eye hospitals in Kochi. Helpful and friendly staff. Satisfied overall. Highly recommended.

Super hospital with a great team of doctors and support staff. I had my right eye cataract surgery on May 24. Consulting doctor was Dr Paul Mathew (such a nice and friendly doctor who described everything in detail) and my cataract surgeon was Dr KP Mathew who too described the surgery in detail and ensured there was no anxiety. While the surgery was being conducted, the surgeon kept informing the progress and also kept assuring that everything was progressing fine. Did not feel any pain or discomfort. After one day total rest and one week moderate rest, I gradually started my activities. I felt that the doctors and staff provided personal care and attention, which may not be the case when one goes to big hospitals. My sister recommended this hospital to me after her own cataract surgeries at this hospital and I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital for anyone with eye issues. Right in the middle of Ernakulam and stress or anxiety from waiting is negligible compared to what one undergoes in big busy hospitals.

Of course when i saw Dr mathew it all fell in place , took all the time & explained in detail , am sure great things start at the top .They have a great team , would recommend always . The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to my father's needs. The surgeon, Dr. Paul Mathew, was highly skilled and made us feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and my Dad's recovery has been excellent. One aspect that particularly stood out was the clinic's efficiency in handling and sharing documents. They promptly provided all necessary medical records and instructions both before and after the surgery. Extremely happy with the service of your staff. Very professional & courteous. Dr k.t.Mathew, the surgeon did a wonderful job.Didnt feel a thing. Very smooth & professionaly done. Only negative point I noted was the room & toilet. Need to upgrade it soon with newer items & cleaness. Wish the KTM eye hospital all the best.
